The fruit is considered as rich source of Vit C and polyphenols, natural immunity booster lipid lowering and anti-atherosclerosis agent. Tulsi in combination with Amla consider equal to Sanjeevani in Ayurveda. Direction of use: Take about 3 g of Amla tea sample in 150 mL of water boil for 5 to 7 minutes. Filter it and add sugar as per the taste. Caution: Do not consume before bed as it may cause disturbed stomach. Pregnant and lactating mothers and should not consume. Avoid in case of diarrhea.
